The School Health Program is one of our oldest examples of how a hospital can reach beyond their four walls to be a resource for health in the community.  Years ago, the hospital had the vision to partner with the schools in Stratford, Colebrook, West Stewartstown, and Pittsburg to provide them with nurses and coordinate their school health services.  We work diligently with the teachers and their associated staff; the students; the parents; and the medical community on optimizing the health needs in the school system.
